When the beloved Teddy Bear turned 100 years old in 2002, Albert Bear and other teddy bears were invited to the first annual Teddy Bear Picnic exhibition.  This would be Albert Bear's first sleepover, but he was excited and only a little nervous about being away from home.  He meets many interesting children, grown-ups and teddy bears and has a lovely time.
